Situation

The Car Wash Company needed to improve its booking processes. Customers needed help in scheduling services through phone calls. There were frequent miscommunications and double bookings. Therefore, the company wanted to offer a more convenient way for customers to book car wash services. Additionally, they needed a secure and efficient payment system. So, the goal was to get a solution that works seamlessly on both Android and iOS platforms.

Solution

To solve the issues, we developed a seamless, and responsive mobile app. Through the app, customers can easily view available time slots, select their preferred date and time, and book services in just a few taps. The app includes features such as real-time notifications, service reminders, and easy rescheduling options. Moreover, we integrated gateways like Stripe and PayPal for multiple payment options for users.

For this project, we utilized React Native for the cross-platform mobile application, ensuring compatibility with both Android and iOS devices, and powered the backend with Node.js and Express.js for a robust server-side framework. We chose MongoDB for scalable data storage and integrated Stripe and PayPal for secure payment processing, with SSL encryption ensuring data security. Hosting on AWS provided a reliable and efficient infrastructure capable of handling high traffic and ensuring smooth operation.
